Candida albicans infections have been particularly critical among nosocomial in immune-compromised and hospitalized patients. The interaction of microbes with various types nanoparticles is a crucial stage determining the biological consequences. present study aimed to synthesize evaluate nanomaterial-based vaccines using C. ghosts. silver (Ag-NPs) gold (Au-NPs) were environmentally prepared green chemistry ghosts modified sponge-like protocol. Ag-NPs or Au-NPs cell membrane ghost was confirmed by utilizing Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM), Scanning (SEM), X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) tools.
